Joe Weisbecker Productions 2022 Terms & Conditions

 

Turnaround Times

Photography: 4-5 Days

Videography: 5-6 Days

Social Media: 3-4 Days

• Turnaround times are subject to change. You will be notified if your turnaround time will go in excess of those listed above. Refunds cannot be given to those who have been alerted about a change in turnaround time six hours before the estimated turnaround time has passed. 

 

Payment 

Venmo (@joe-weisbecker) or Zelle (516-660-8338)

Or Cash on the day of the shoot. 5% off when using cash. 

• Payments not received within 48 hours after you’ve received your final product are subject to a $20 late fee. The late fee will increase 5% every two weeks until payment is received. Payments not received 6 months after the final product has been received will result in legal action.

• Email Joe Weisbecker (weisbecj1@newpaltz.edu) about paying in advance if necessary 

 

Rescheduling/Cancellations

• If necessary, canceling and rescheduling must be done at least 6 hours prior to time of reservation. Cancellations less than 2 hours before a reservation are subject to a 20% fee. Rescheduling more than 4 times under the same reservation will be subject to a 10% fee. 

• If Joe Weisbecker Productions has to reschedule or cancel on their behalf, three attempts will be made to reschedule. After the third attempt, your reservation will be canceled and you will have to submit a new booking request. 

 

Refunds & Reshoots

• In the event that a customer is unsatisfied with their finished product, Joe Weisbecker Productions will re-provide the services purchased one time. If a customer is again unsatisfied after the second attempt, a 30% refund will be given. Customers who attempt to continuously attain refunds will be banned from utilizing the services provided by Joe Weisbecker Productions. No more than three refunds are permitted within one calendar year after your first service has been paid for. Customers who attempt to attain more than three refunds within a calendar year after their first purchase will be banned from utilizing the services provided by  Joe Weisbecker Productions. Customers have 14 days after receiving their first finished product to notify Joe Weisbecker Productions about re-administering services; any requests after the 14-day window are invalid. You may not schedule another service as a means to request a refund after the 14-day window. After the 14 day period, customers are not, under any circumstances, entitled to a refund.

Intellectual Property

• Customers who utilize Joe Weisbecker Productions may distribute the content however they please and with good intent. All content created by Joe Weisbecker Productions will include the company logo in a non-distracting manner that will not take away from the purpose of the content. If a customer insists on not including the Joe Weisbecker Productions logo, credit must be given through the inclusion of the creator’s name, creator’s social media account, and/or a mention of Joe Weisbecker Productions. 

 

Contract

• A contract will be drawn up prior to your reservation regarding the details of the shoot for complete accuracy. This must be signed electronically prior to the shoot. Joe Weisbecker Productions will reach out to you via text or email with a contract within 48 hours before your reservation.
